• A well prepared, reliable, road legal vehicle is required for this trip including road legal all terrain tyres, snorkel, cb radio, gps (ie tom tom or garmin), tow ropes and snow chains in winter

• Camping or hotel accommodation is assumed for one car or one tent with two people you may be charged for extra for any additions

• You are responsible for the road worthiness and reliability of your car to be able to make the trip there and back without causing disruption to the other guests. In the event that your car is deemed unfit to continue you may be refused onward travel with the group without refund

• You are encouraged to bring spare parts and tools for your car should it be necessary to carry out minor repairs

• Please come prepared with food and drink for the trip so as to not take time from the schedule looking for provisions

• You will be required to have all documentation for your vehicle with you

• You must have suitable travel insurance in the event of an accident to cover costs of medical care or any other event that may hinder or stop you from participating

• In the event that for whatever reason you are unable to finish the tour; refunds will not be given

• You are advised to ensure that your vehicle is covered by your insurance for off road driving.

• Tracks and itineraries may vary depending on weather and local conditions

• Some night offroading may be done during the winter months

• Deposit required at time of booking (non refundable) with the full amount paid one month prior to departure (non refundable as permissions are paid in advance and tour viability is dependent on numbers or participants)

• If your driving or behavior is deemed to be dangerous or disrespectful to the group, local people, nature or wildlife or is such that it brings or could bring disrepute to Adventures 4x4, you will be asked to leave the group immediately without refund

• Abusive or un-courteous behavior towards the group or any member of Adventures 4x4 staff; be it verbal or otherwise will not be tolerated and in the event of such an occurrence; you will be asked to leave immediately without refund

• We reserve the right of inclusion on our tours to any person, persons or groups 

COVID (if applicable)

• In the event of a Positive Covid Result or if you are feeling any symptoms of Covid you must inform us IMMEDIATELY and prior to the rendezvous

• Please do not attend the rendezvous if you have symptoms of Covid

• Covid precautions must be respected at all times if this applies to the time of the trip
